This was (with 1564 the Large Racehorse)the largest free standing horse made by Beswick.

He is 11.75 inches 29.8 cm to the tips of his ears and heavy as well!

Hence it’s statuesque appearance !This really is a lovely model and would grace any situation either as a stand alone or in a collection.

The Large Hunter Model 1734 was introduced in 1961 and remodelled in 1962.This is a second version and was available between 1963-1984 in this colourway,Brown Gloss. This particular example was produced nearer 1963 than 1984 as he has great shading and muscle tone ….And of course was designed (by arguably )the best Arthur Gredington!

In pretty much perfect vintage condition…I can’t see any issues….beautiful and statuesque with it!
