This is a Beswick Pinto Pony ,Model 1373 in Black and White Gloss designed by Arthur Gredington and available until 1989.
He stands 6.5 inches(16.5 cm)tall
It’s a 2nd version with tail hanging loose.
A very nicely painted example but he does have slight damage to the front of his ears -as I’ve tried to show in the last photo ….nothing major and difficult to spot unless you are specifically looking for it ….but I mention it for complete transparency….otherwise  excellent condition….and hence his bargainous price!
