This is a stunning Beswick Shire Mare model 818 in Rocking Horse Grey Gloss colourway.She was designed by Arthur Gredington and was only available 1940-1962 
Stands 8.5  (21.6 cm) tall and as far as I can tell she is in excellent vintage condition except for overall crazing -which you would expect on a ceramic piece that is upto 80 years old!
Nicely painted! excellent eye detail! a pink nose and lips ...she's a cracker and not to be missed!The chance to purchase one of these beauties doesn't come around too often!
